Handcrafted & One-of-a-Kind: Each Designed Mirco-Landscape is uniquely assembled in our studio, not mass-produced. Natural variations in raw stones occur—please contact customer service to confirm your order, or we will ship randomly.

Each landscape arrangement is hand-fixed with care. To prevent damage during shipping, it will be disassembled for packaging. You can easily reassemble it following the tutorial images provided.

Order Processing Time

- For made-to-order crystal art pieces, production begins after the order is placed.

- The crafting process takes approximately 5 to 15 days (based on design complexity).

- Once completed, the item is carefully packaged and shipped.

Shipping time after product is packaged:

- Standard shipping: 7-10 business days

- Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the custom and one-of-a-kind nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

- Custom pet jewelry (including engraved or personalized pieces)

- Uniquely crafted crystal designs

- Any custom-made or made-to-order products

- Unique Crystal Specimen

Damaged or Defective Items during shipping

- Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package.

- Email support@looziivet.com with your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

- Once verified, we will issue an equivalent-value gift card, which can be used for a future purchase.
